Problem with zbrush GOZ function

Hello, Happy new Year
I have a problem with the GOZ function of Zbrush, here is the error message!
I tried reinstalling visual++ but it didn't change anything.
If anyone has a solution to this problem that would be great.
I would like to try this software for posing

For now, if it gets to the window where it asks you if you want to make it a soft cloth or prop, choose prop. if you need the prop to be clothing, then first attach the prop to your character then you will have the option for skin weights.
