Problem running the app
I am trying to start Character Creator 3 pipeline version for the first time. I get a message window. Get new serial number error: no internet. then it locks up and closes. I have internet connection, obviously i am using it now to send this email. I have no idea what the problem is, cause I put in the serial number I got on the reallusion site and mail ?

I resolved the issue, my firewall was blocking the connection that's why it didnt work.
