Oval Bokeh
I think this was suggested years ago, so I'm going to try again.

Is it possible to add an oval bokeh to the DOF Bokeh settings for that 'anamorphic' lens look? I would think it wouldn't be too difficult to add in. I was hoping that would've been added into Iclone 8.

Just a 'nitpick' as Iclone 8 is awesome and a huge step forward with all the new features otherwise.

Cool. A built in bokeh would be better, but I'll give that a try. Thanks.

It is possible with 7-and with 8 but not with bokeh types. You need to change the pixel aspect ratio to 50 in render menu. After rendering, you need to restore the pixel aspect ratio in your video editor. after this bokeh will bee anamorphic. it is worth setting the render resolution to 4K quality, because stretching the image vertically in the video editor will result in the loss of half of the vertical pixels. It is a difficult solution. Would be fine to choose anamarphic bokeh type, but it is not released in IC8, i dont know why.
