After the latest update to iClone, I have one specific character (CC3+ imported from CC4) that doesn't work with Accupose. Nothing happens when I try to apply a pose. I have looked and looked, but I can't find anything different about this character other than increasing the proportions morph to make him taller than the other characters. This is super frustrating, so if there's something I should do to the character in CC4 or in iClone, please let me know.
Do you want the character as an FBX export from iClone?

I’ve tested with a few different characters, and AccuPOSE seems to be working fine in our environment.
If you have a specific character that isn’t working, please provide that particular file for us to check.
You can upload the file to Google Drive or any similar cloud service and send us the download link.
If needed, feel free to mark your reply as private, and only our internal team will have access to the file.
