Issue 8676
Newly purchased "Digital Soul 100+" does not show up in IC8 or CC4 content tabs
Purchased "Digital Soul 100+" order ID#10929222 but have no way to access it in either CC4 or iClone 8. Followed all FAQ / online including this:

STR:
- purchase "Digital Soul 100+"
- open CC4 or iClone 8
- open the Content tab
- select template sub tab
- select either "item" or "pack" tab, doesn't matter
- select "all" and "online" in the down arrow popup
- select any folder, including "new purchase", or "all"

Expected Result: Digital Soul 100+ content would appear somewhere.
Actual Result: Digital Soul 100+ is nowhere to be found.

Yes I have the same issue. When I uninstalled and reinstalled the "Digital Soul 100+" pack in the content manager they reappeared briefly in the Modify tab. But when I restarted the program I was back to square one - no sliders. Only my custom ones appeared. And yes I clicked on every single level in the hierarchy. Also even if they are there you can't search for a particular slider in the search box and clicking on top level reveals nothing
