My custom tags from CC4 have disappeared in CC5 - and they are no longer in CC4 either
In CC4 I had lots of tags for content so that I could more easily find what I was looking for.
In CC5 I installed some content, but it is taking forever, so I am not done yet. I started looking for my tags so I could install the items I need first. There are no custom tags showing in CC5. I had to look for a bit because Tags are not their own selection, but under Custom Info. Then I checked CC4. My custom tags are no longer in CC4 either. Not in the things that I have installed to CC5, and not in the things that are not installed yet. All of my work tagging things to make my life easier has just been wiped in both programs. Any chance of getting my tags back?
I have rebooted 3 times so far in this process.
I checked iClone 8 - my custom tags are gone from there as well
