Issue 7004
Motion Live 2D and Face 3D playback stutters/crashes when RECORD is pressed
1. Launch CA4
2. Launch Motion Live 2D
3. Launch Face 3D
4. Connect Live 2D and Face 3D
5. Live 2D : Check with PREVIEW -- No stuttering/everything okay including video and audio
6. Live 2D : Try to RECORD -- Stuttering of video and sound / crashes?
7. Exit Face 3D -- Live 2D "stops stuttering" and "uncrashes"

will you guys at reallusion stop playing games and just plainly answer the question about this issue....as it is apparently not uncommon by now.

simply put:   1) WHY does the program crash EVERYTIME I try to record audio? and 2) WHY do you guys refuse to actually answer directly on any of the countless forums and places where people are asking this question??  Google it....it is not an uncommon issue or question.

We apologize for the inconvenience and hope it can be sorted out shortly.

1. No error message when app stops working, try to find the dump files under:
%APPDATA%\CartoonAnimator\CrashDump

2. When the AP crashes, If an error message pops up:
Step1: Please do not close the error message
Step2: Open the Task Manager
Step3: Click the "Processes" tab
Step4: Right-click on the "CTA AP"
Step5: Click the "Create dump file"

You can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and add the link in your next comment. you can use private comment if you want to keep it private.
