Missing LArm Bone Bug

No matter what I do, I get a missing Bone LArm warning bug, and I cannot update my character.

I simply used the svg to illustrator to update the ARMS and HANDS and I get this strange bug, where it says, missing LArm bone, when I didn't touch or remove the bone at all...

I have attached the character BEFORE update and the character file I want to use the new ARMS / HANDS from.

Guess what? Now its the RArm missing bone bug :D

Its been one entire MONTH. When will a fix be published. I'm setting down CTA again, after trying to make another character from scratch just incase, and the same bug, but opposite bone I never touched.
