Could you please confirm which version of Maya you are currently using?

Please note that the current version of the Auto Setup plugin only supports Maya 2024 and Maya 2025.

I’m writing to follow up on your issue regarding the Maya plugin.

Could you please confirm if you are using Maya 2024 or 2025?

As mentioned in my previous message, the current Auto Setup tool only supports these two versions. If you are using an older version (e.g., Maya 2023 or earlier), the plugin will not open.

Please let us know your specific Maya version so we can advise you further.
