I would suggest you make a flexible framerate in MP4 rendering, for all the users in PAL country's the MP4 is useless, with Iclone 5 we still could change the framerate in MP4 please return this possebilety
I believe this has to do with the MP4 encoder that's used, which doesn't have an option for other frame rates.
As the MP4 encoder was never very good anyway, a better alternative is to export as image sequence and then convert.
