Live Face Does NOT work on iPad

Your advertising advises that Live Face is " compatible with any iPhone / iPad enabled by TrueDepth camera for facial recognition". When you load the Live Face app on the iPad it advises that the app only works with iPhone X. You should test your products before quoting things that aren't true.

Thank you for the prompt reply. Interestingly, the image you provided says " iPad Pro 11-in. (1st and 2nd generation) and iPad Pro 12.9-in. (3rd and 4th generation)". Which, of course, is not my model, so I am left with the expensive alternative. I have found other options, but thank you for the response.

TrueDepth camera is required to run Live Face. Please double check your iPad is listed in the compatible models. (see the attached image or product page)
Currently, the only iPad model equipped with TrueDepth camera is iPad Pro 12.9-in. (3rd and 4th generation).
