Legs stay pinned in edit motion layer

Whatever I do, click and whatever, the legs stay pinned in edit motion layer so you cannot move the feet when you rotate the hip.

OS: Windows 10

Hi Rottadamic,

You can set the effectors of feet to FK,and it will work.
