Kinect XBOX 360 doesn't work

Hi my kinect XBOX 360 works without any problems, but the Kinect Mocap Plug-in - Xbox 360 v1.21 Trial says "initiation fail"
I've unistalled all sdk versions from my pc (windows 10) and installed only the mocap plug-in. Like this the kinect doesn't work with for example Skanect, but as I install the sdk 1.8 or 2 works in all other softwares but in the mocap plug-in. why? it's frustrating
