Hi darkoliberati,

First of all, please accept our deepest apologies for the long delay in responding to your ticket.

We have reviewed your screenshots showing the noticeable UV seams occurring after importing textures from Substance Painter. To help our developers accurately pinpoint whether this is a normal map format issue (e.g., OpenGL vs. DirectX), a padding issue, or a problem during the baking process, we need to examine your files directly.

Could you please provide the following:

The CC project file (.ccproject) that clearly shows this seam issue.

   1. A short screen recording demonstrating your export/import workflow between CC4, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.

   2. Additionally, for troubleshooting purposes: If you only sculpt in ZBrush and use GoZ to bring it back to CC4 (without processing it through Substance Painter), do you still see these seams?

You can upload your files and video to a cloud service (like Google Drive or Dropbox) and share the link with us here.

Thank you very much for your patience and for helping us resolve this!

Best regards,
Kayla

Hi darkoliberati,

I hope you are doing well. I am just checking in to follow up on your ticket regarding the UV seams issue when importing textures from Substance Painter.

Since we haven't heard back from you, we wanted to see if you are still experiencing this issue?

If you still need our assistance, please kindly provide the items requested in our previous message so our developers can accurately diagnose the problem:

   1. Your .ccproject file that shows the seam issue.

   2. A short screen recording of your export/import workflow.

You can upload these to a cloud service (like Google Drive or Dropbox) and share the link with us here.

Alternatively, if you have already figured out a solution on your own or no longer need help with this, please just let us know so we can close this ticket.

Thank you for your time!

Best regards,
