Iclone "merge projects" crashes every single time
To reproduce, just try that function!

I've never seen it work on any combination of a project, and one to merge into it.

It could be that my projects are moderately large and it works for nearly empty ones, but I haven't tried that.

if there are some rules on what can be merged, perhaps the age of the characters, that ought to be covered on the manual's page on the merge function.

That's great!  

The more i use your software, the more I realize how many functions are in there that I never used.

It must be difficult to keep them all debugged on all machines, especially with Microsoft just changing whatever they like and having low regard for what they break by doing it.

Great!  I'd love to have the ability to do that.

I have the "womb dreaming" animation set to the room where I'd like to merge the poker game project.

I have no idea where it ends up when you marge.  Maybed back at the origin?

But it was supposed to go in the catacomb.

I just tried it again, and it also crashed.

I don't believe I checked the box to import related objects.

But I likely tried that before also.

They'll sell more if it works! I purchased 4 men playing poker, complete with all the pieces and animations, but was unable to use it because I could not merge it into a project where I needed that.  So I would have had to place them all individually, which included complicated attach and detach keys, which are lost when you try to use those assets (avatars and cards) separately.

So what I've learned from i tcrashing, is not to buy their assets which will require a merge to be convenient to use.

And I have 17,000 of their assets according to the content manager.

It's likely costing them money that this function crashes everytime I ever tried to use it.

In my experience it worked better before version 8.4, because I also have crashes, even when merging a simple project.
