Hi belutakz,

Yes, KINECT for Windows is compatible with iClone 7.
You can find detailed information on the product page:

Once you purchase the iClone KINECT mocap plug-in, there will be two download links on the member page:
1. Mocap Device Plug-in Xbox One - the plug-in installer for KINECT Xbox One (v2), it is not compatible with KINECT for Windows
2. Mocap Device Plug-in - the plug-in installer for KINECT for Windows, please download this one

Please note that you can only install one version on your machine, just make sure you find the right one.
