Thank you for quick response. I have updated display driver for NVidia Geoforce RTX 2060 and also checked for windows 10 updates.
But still no luck.
We will wait for support email. Is there a possibility to connect over IM / Chat?

This kind of issue is usually caused by out dated display driver or incomplete Windows update. Please first make sure that your display driver and Windows is all up to date.
