I want to render characters with transparent backgrounds in Iclone 8, I have update K-lite codec but still gt the error message in Pop video that I have not got the correct codec installed even though I am up to date with K-Lite in terms o downloads. What am I doing wrong - I did have a method to transferring characters with transparent background without using Pop video in Iclone 7 but do not seem to be able to do it in Iclone 8.

Any help appreciated.
