Hello Iclone 7 won't start when I click on the icon?

Hello I have a purchased copy of iclone 7.92 I got for my birthday in july It worked up until today, I click the desktop icon won't even budge does want to start for some reason.. tried the start menu icon as well nothing? it won't even show the plash screen.. What do I do? I'm irritated... I have projects to do?

Hi,

Please execute Task Manger, and check if there is any iClone.exe, select it and right-click to execute "End task".
Try to launch iClone again, it should be able to work.
