HD Face control

I have tried repeatedly to make the HD face control stay working on my characters. I use the CC five characters, apply the facial profiles and initially the HD face control plug-in will show up. When I send them to clone HD face control does not engage. I’ve tried repeatedly different ways but none of them work. After the export to iclone, I have tried to again apply the facial profile of CC five and try to reengage the HD face control. But that doesn’t work either. I’m at a loss as to how to make that work consistently or at all.

OS: Windows 11
