GOZ not using Unreal A Pose by default.
GOZ is still importing with the stiff A or T pose instead of the Unreal relaxed A pose. I was told by support that it's supposed to be using the OpenA_UE4 pose for GOZ by default now.

Thanks for your feedback!
Our default GoZ Pose is A(Bind) Pose, and CC3+ base's A Pose isn't same as UE open_A.
So, your attached image was correct result.
