Failed to import fbx - obj Menu Create. Menu

1. Use Menu Create.
2. Bug Screen to access to files.
3. Automatic close the program.

1. File import.
2. Error to access the files.
3 . White Screen. The program closes.

Sorry for the late reply.
It looks like your Windows File Explorer is not responding. Please open Task Manager, find Windows File Explorer, restart the task, and then try again.
I hope this will resolve your problem.
