The Pad prop in the actor core collection under devices (looks like an ipad), does not download. I have tried a different browser, turned off protection settings, tried downloading it from different pages on your website, tried different prop download settings on the popup etc but nothing works. The other props have been downloaded and work fine, but the Pad prop just won't initiate the download process on the download panel. It just stays in "queueing" phase.
OS is 26.2 (updated recently but even previous version had the same issue with this particular prop). Selecting Mac OS12 as there is no current OS to pick.
