I tried Blender, Microsoft's 3D builder and 3D viewer.
They all have this issue when rendering characters that is exported from CC3.
However, if I delete eyeocclusion in CC3 before export. Then, the eyes will be rendered correctly on those softwares.
Thus, I highly suspect it's a material issue of eyeocclusion. But, I am able to figure out how to configure it correctly in CC3.
what is the other 3d software that your are using?
