CC5 - until 30frame
CC4 - until 90frame

Why does cc4 only send up to 90 frames, but cc5 only sends up to 30 frames.

New toolers can't use it in 5, so I have to use it at least 4, but I can't download it, so what are you doing

Regarding the "Mesh and Expression Sequence" export issue, we have performed internal tests using both CC4 and CC5 with the "Kevin" character. In our tests, both versions successfully exported the full sequence up to 90 frames (and beyond), and we were unable to reproduce the 30-frame truncation you described.

We suspect this may be related to the Expression Set or the software version. Could you please try the following steps:

Update CC5: Please ensure your Character Creator 5 is updated to the latest version.

Re-export: Load the character that previously exported correctly in CC4 into the latest CC5, and try exporting the Expression Sequence again.

Provide Project File: If the issue persists, could you please provide your project file (.ccProject). This will help our team investigate the specific cause.

If the file is too large, you can upload it to a cloud service (e.g., Google Drive) and share the link with us. You may also check the "Private Comment" option to ensure only our staff can access your files.
