Error "Cannot load invalid data"

I just bought iClone and updated to the latest version (7.21.1609). I then purchased the Realistic human 100 pack. I then loaded Avatars / G3 Nude Characters / Nude Female and attempted to load Head / RL Head / Realistic Human 100 / Female / F_M_003. I get an error "Cannot load invalid data". Ive attached a screen shot and the system info file.

Please help ! I badly need to deliver a project !

Thank you for your feedback.

The RL Head is a newer format to make head, it supports CC Characters only, it does not support previous generation G3 characters, please use a CC character to load RL Head.
