With CTA 5, I've never had the option to uncheck "Enlarge Font and UI."

It worked but ironically it's too small. 

I'm visually impaired so turns out my default settings are best.

In CTA5 the UI setting is default disabled if you're using 4K screen, if you want to disable the "Enlarge font & UI" you have to adjust the display setting, change a different resolution and reopen the CTA5.
