Editing collision shapes ref. : Support TicketID : 260248
1. Create a char with Headshot or any other source 2 .Scale down the char down to 60 to 90 cm ( Hobbit size) 3. Edit Mesh -> Collision Object 4. Try to move a capsule
If you try to move a shape it slips out of the screen in the blink of an eye. Moving the shape in very, very tiny steps it wokrs sometimes, but it takes forever and is tideous. I question myself why collisionshapes are not scaled with the body in the first place. I Attach a video to show the issue.
btw.. i tried almost everything incl. switching on/off, wiggeling the cable..you name it. Suppport could not find a workaround either.
We appreciate your support of Reallusion's products and eagerly anticipate your future excellent work :D

Greetings Howie,
that's good news. I was playing around for a while with downscaled characters and found the exact same workaround.
Just keep them in a "reasonable" size and rescale later in Unreal.
Aside that collison shapes are supposed to work with smaller Characters, i found that it is not a good idea to do scaled chars at all.
Any clothing or prop you can buy on marketplace is layed out for standard CC4 in terms of proportions. So nothing fits.
You have to do everything by yourself.
Wanna see some of the armor i did for the Erebor Kings Guards?
Still struggeling with the skirt since it is steel plateted and the scales should not move.
Anyway, i find it impressive getting something like that done after a couple of weeks toying around with CC4.
I love the package :)

Hi,macs3D
Thanks for your help.
I can reproduce the issue now. I will report this to the technical team.
However, this issue only occurs when the character is scaled down. If you need to use this function, currently the workaround is to keep the character at its original size.
