I have the the same iss as Issue 4026. I can't download the Video. Not in Chrome, not in Edge, nor in Internet Explorer. I tried everything. Also stopped all security settings. But nothing helps.
This is what I see:

I had the same problem with my last Project. And to be honest: I'm really upset about that. I pay for the advanced plan to get all possibilities and I can't download a simple Video from my project.
Today I wasted 3 hours with trying to manage it.
I Think it's time that reallusion is going to improve those issues.
