Hello, I have an issue with Reallusion Character Creator 3.4 and its Hub. The CC3_Enu_Resource_Pack2（asset）shows installation succeeded after downloading, and the files are saved locally on my hard drive. However, Character Creator keeps prompting me to re-download the asset and fails to load it.

I’ve already checked several points: the software version matches the asset, the file path contains no Chinese characters, my account is logged in properly, and there are no disk permission issues. I also tried clearing the cache and syncing local assets, but the problem persists.

I suspect the Hub was blocked from writing metadata/index files into the local asset database. Possible causes include Windows Defender ransomware protection, group policies or silent antivirus interception. Could you help check the relevant security rules and grant temporary access for testing? Thank you.
