Crashes OR Freezes on Default project (Opening up CC3)

Opening from desktop shortcut OR Reallusion HUB crashes and freezes on Default project.

I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled to another clean drive and have the same issue.

All software is up to date: Graphics 1080Ti up to date - Windows - All drivers....

Task Manager says Not responding.

OS: Windows 10
