Crash when i edit Acculips
When I edit the acculips audio and change the letters with the lips editor, I slide the play marker on the timeline. Unfortunately Iclone always freezes after a while. The error message is as follows. The instruction at memory address xxx referenced memory address yyy. The following operation cannot be performed on the memory space: read.

I hope it is not a hardware problem in my PC.

I created this error phenomenon on purpose, that's why I dragged the mouse so much, but it's the same with finer steps, but it's unpredictable when the error occurs.

unfortunately I cannot send the dmp file. it is too large. However, I need to clarify the error report because I have had a chance to observe it better. The software freezing is not exclusively related to acculips. The freezing happens when I move the marker on the timeline to the right with the mouse and this does not always happen. It happens about one sixth of the time.

Did it happen everytime?If Yes,please capture a screen video about this issue, put it on the YouTube, and add the link in your next comment.

If it happens randomly,when iCone crashes,please dont't press OK on crash DLG.
Step 1: Open the Task Manager
Step 2: Click the "Processes" tab
Step 3: Right-click on the "iClone 7 AP"
Step 4: Click the "Create dump file"

And provide the crash dump file to us.You can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment.
