Hi , i have just purchased accuface a couple of hours ago and when i launched it , it says your graphic card is not in the compatibility supported list, even though its a pretty new GPU series. It's also mentioned on your website in the minimum requirement section that my GPU is compatible ( see screenshot for reference). How should i proceed? I am in disbelief that i can't use the product i have purchased. Please add this Device ID to the supported list or provide a workaround to bypass the hardware check.
I did initially click on more and it takes me to a Accuface system requirements page. There in the minimum requirements image, my gpu which is the RTX 3000 ADA series is mentioned but after installing it says my gpu is not compatible. Attaching a file with my gpu name. What should i do in this case?
