If i use a blend such as the Herculean Body that I believe comes from your anatomy pack, when it scales the character it pushes the feet below the 0 ground plane. It doesn't seem to correct for this. It also happened on another character where it reduced the character and the feet were floating off the ground. This breaks any rigging working correctly in maya for pole vectors etc so I cannot use in production I purchased them for. Is there a fix for this?
I have tried exporting with mesh and motion and with all the various additional settings in different combinations (current pose, first frame, export motion separately etc and nothing fixes this.
You can try using the transform tool to adjust the character's position before exporting the file. If it doesn't solve your problem, please provide your project for us to test. Thank you.
