Changing Skintone

I'm creating a number of characters with CC and for the next one I wanted to create a black male with facial hair.

With Substance missing from CC3 characters at the moment, that becomes very difficult since we have no good way of changing skin tone.

That seems like it should be an essential feature for character creation.

Yeah, it's a little weird that you can only make white people by default.

Thank you for your feedback.

Currently substance is not supported with CC3 character, it will be a feature in future releases.

You can actually use the CC1 substance character, which is included in CC3.
Go to appearance editor and change whatever you would like to change on the CC1 character's skin, then press the Convert to CC3 button in the Modify tab.
Once its converted to CC3, you can save the character and there you go.
