I have TICKET OPEN AND I NEED THIS RESOVLED NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, A few months ago I purchased CC4 and returned it , after doing some research I ended repurchasing CC4, iClone and Cartoon creator cost me over 1,500 bucks now I cant even install none of the software. I uninstalled the old software I even reinstalled the HUB like 4 times trying get the installation to work, if its an anti piracy thing , then stop being so FN greedy and give us paid users a USB dongle like a iLok or something, so we wont have to spend hours on installations and authentications, specially since your charging us hundreds of dollars for the software, not to mention the greedy intercorporate scams like having MOCAP for iPhones but not have it for Android, then turn around and charge us 999.99 for mocap live. And to put the cherry on top of the BS your customer support sucks you guys take 3 days to resolve a ticket.
