Can not drag and drop to preview window video or image after update
Whether I right click or hold CTRL or left click and drop into preview window, I can no longer drag and drop images or video. Maybe after I downloaded the Content manager upload. When I try to do it I get a black circle with a black line across. I have Iclone 6.51 and I used to be able to do it before the update. I have downloaded K lite codecs, Microsoft C++ updates, uninstalled and reinstalled Iclone..

Also, I can not grab an RL head and apply to Character Creator by using drag ad drop. In other words, all drag and drop capability is gone. Even dragging images and dropping them into the diffuse channel.

I am wondering also if there have been any updates from Microsoft that could affect the ability to drag and drop videos and or images.

When I try to drag and drop, there is a black circle with a line across that shows up showing me that I am unable to do that. This circle is not shown on the print screen that I uploaded above.

I am wondering what the effect if any of codecs, Nvidia drivers..

Any possibility on reverting or rolling back the last RL Update??

Further Details...

1)It started when I did the update for Content Uploader on 9/8/2016.

2)After the update I got an error stating  MSVCR120.DLL

3)Consequently I uninstalled installed Iclone 3.51, Visual C++ 2013 Libraries x86 x64

4)To recreate my problem I just start Iclone and bring any explorer window and try any of the drag and drop functionality via the right click, CTRL drag and drop (which i know how to do and I have done it before), but nothing works anymore. 

Drag and drop does not work no matter what project I use, default projects, my projects or anything else.
