I’m currently unable to package my Unreal Engine project due to an error related to the CC_Shader path, which appears at the bottom of the error log. I have already resolved all other issues, but this specific shader-path error still remains unresolved. I contacted support, but the assigned representative said they are not sure about the cause. I urgently need a solution because the packaging process keeps failing, and I cannot build the game.
I have attempted disabling the plugin, but this only results in different errors. Even after completely removing the plugin, new errors appear and the project still fails to package. Because of this, I’m currently stuck.
For reference, my environment is:
Windows 11
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT
Unreal Engine 5.4
Auto-Setup 1.41
RIG 1.11
Additionally, the project is shared with my team through an SVN server, so we are all working with the same repository.
I would appreciate any guidance or potential solutions to resolve this shader-path issue and successfully package the project.
Hi ryuradop
We would like to request the Unreal Project you were using that failed to package.
Our team has attempted to reproduce the steps you described, but we would still like to obtain your project for further investigation.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated, as it will help us resolve the issue more efficiently.
Another approach you can try is to package your project again without using MetaHumans, and see if that resolves the issue.
If the problem still persists, then please provide us with the project you are using as mentioned above.
