CC4 - Crash/Morph/Smart Gallery

Q1) CC4 - Crash (Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10870H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz, 16GB RAM, RTX 3060 Laptop).

Q2) Modify > Morph : the contents sometimes disappear even the "Show Sub-item" icon is activated. (using Standard CC3/CC3+ characters).

Q3) Smart Gallery : No Auto Updating after purchased items. (iClone 8 is normal). "Refresh" can only updated the items downloaded in iClone 8
but not the inventory list of Market Place for CC4.

OS: Windows 10

I solved the problem thanks to kelleytoons solution. I can now use the Reallusion Hub and have access to the content.

Yesterday I bought Character Creator 4 and Heashop and I couldn't download the smart content. What am I doing wrong?
