- When starting New Project make it with a clean scene
- The scene Needs to have the IBL Sky Showing Off

The issue is the default IBL Sky is really irritating on the eyes. You folks have changed the background color to a nice darker grey in the scene with IBL Sky not showing so why not start up with that in the first place? It is easy on the eyes and does a much better job of making the character stand out.
