Issue 6559
CC3 Does not ask for serial, wants to use RLSysRegAgent, but crashes.
I've reinstalled CC3 a dozen times tonight, and upon first launch it says it will use RLSysRegAgent to auth the serial, but it gets hung up. When i got to export a model to iclone, CC3 freezes and crashes.
