Owned Assets Unrecognized/Missing when Opening Projects from External Workstation
"The export license for the following content(s) is not available in marketplace yet."
"You must first purchase the Export Licenses in order to export FBX files."
I am a professional user who has been using iClone and Unreal Live Link for over 2 years. I own the iClone 8 license, the Unreal Live Link plugin, and numerous clothing assets purchased from the Reallusion Market.
Recently, I started collaborating with an animator in Vietnam. This staff member only uses iClone for animation and does not own the Unreal Live Link plugin or the export licenses for my purchased assets, as they do not need to export anything.
The Bug: When I open the project file returned by the animator on my workstation—where all my licenses and plugins are correctly installed—I am completely blocked from using "Transfer" or "Active Link." Instead of working, iClone triggers the following two critical warning windows (see attached images):
"The export license for the following content(s) is not available in marketplace yet."
"You must first purchase the Export Licenses in order to export FBX files."
Why this is a Game-Breaking Bug: This is completely illogical. I am the owner of these licenses. Why does the project metadata "lock" my assets just because the file was last saved in an environment without those licenses? An external animator should NOT be forced to purchase export licenses or Unreal plugins just to perform bone animation.
Impact: Because of this error, I cannot utilize any work done by my collaborators. My entire production pipeline is dead, and there is no workaround. This is a major flaw in your license verification system during project migration.
Please fix this immediately so that professional team collaboration can continue.
