Bad anti aliasing with Glow

I was told rendering while in full screen would solve the problem.
I was told to uncheck Smooth Color Banding would solve the problem.
I was told to uncheck Super Sampling would solve the problem.

It is just a sphere with a glow but it looks terrible.

This is a bug that goes back to iC6.
Could you please fix this once and for all?
