Issue 7111
Ambient occlusion textures don't assign automatically during the import of models in Unity Engine
Version of used applications:
Unity Engine: 2019.3.0f6
Character Creator 3.3 or 3.2
Auto Setup for Unity: 1.02

Hello,
I'm using standard Built-in Unity rendering pipeline (not HDRP, not URP, not LWRP).
When I import models to the Unity engine AO textures don't assign automatically. Diffuse map, Normal map and Metallic map assign well, AO map doesn't assign. I have to check and do it manually every time.
Please fix it in the next version of Auto Setup for Unity.

Best Regards.

Hi character-creator,

This issue was reproduced by our end, and already passed to Dev team.
The function Convert Image Format cause the issue to Auto Setup.
Thanks for your patience.

I cannot attach zipped files because of 10MB limit. Both .ccProject and .fbx files cannot be archived to 10MB. Maybe you give me link to some server which I can use to copy my files?
I attached screenshots shown how I reproduce the bug.
1. In Character Creator switch to CC3 base neutral mesh (Modify->Load Neutral Base->CC3)
2. Apply some avatar on the base mesh.
3. Export to FBX using settings that shown on screenshot.
4. Create new Unity project (standard 3d rendering pipeline).
5. Import custom package AutoSetup 1.02 for Unity 2019.3
6. Copy exported fbx model to CC_Assets folder
That's all. No occlusion textures assigned, although they exist.

Hi Andrey!

Thanks for your feedback.
We've checked this issue in the same environment as you provided, but the issue cannot be reproduced.
Could you please provide your file for us to check? It's would be better to have both fbx & ccAvatar.

Regards.
Tina
