Add Retopology tool / Change to Polygon Reduction
When optimizing a character in CC3, Polygon reduction is great. The problem is the areas that bend, like knees and elbows. This is because there is no way to change the topology around those areas, or freeze them from optimization. The result is knees that is skinned really bad; with no way of imprpoving the topology without using another program in the pipeline.
