AccuLipps / Crash
Hallo, currently I'm working with iClone 8 and AccuLipps. The system crashes so often, I don't know how many hours have been wasted.
The problem always occurs when I try to adjust the wording or place it in the right position. Then the system hangs and closes. This happens sporadically, but unfortunately, it's becoming more frequent.
It's really extremely annoying. It shouldn't be the system's fault (i7, RTX 3070, and 64GB RAM).
Is there a way to send you a crash report? This is really frustrating.

hello, no it's not always, but sporadically. Quite often with the same action. The files I sent you were almost all created using the same procedure

Didn't iClone crash in the Acculips panel? If you can reproduce it every time, please provide your project file to us.Thanks.

Please go to Edit Menu and choose Preference,press "Reset to Default Dictionary" button,and try it again.

If it still crashes,after crashed,please go to crash dump folder and provide your crash dump file to us.

Crash dump folder path:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\CrashDumps

You can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment. You can use Private Comment if you want to keep it private.

Your help is highly appreciated.
