A issue with the install or uninstall the product.
Hello, I have issues with iClone 8. I tried to uninstall but I couldn't, one window appeared: "Failed to uninstall the program. Please verify that the program was installed correctly before trying again". I didn't know why, I installed normally. I restart my computer but the error continues, so I delete the files of the program (the .exe files and the folders "iClone 8" and "Character Creator"). Then it works.
After a while I try to install those programs again but now the issue continues. I reinstall Character Creator and it works but iClone no. It says "Open" but I open and Reallusion Hub don't find the files because I deleted manually. How can I solve this problem?
