A. How to wield a weapon
1. Please apply a weapon from props (M1 Grand Rifle).
2. Right click on the rifle and choose Link
to Character.
3. The rifle will link to the right hand automatically.
B. How to Pick Weapons correctly
Before you want to move or rotate a weapon, please go to Scene Manger and choose GunDummy01 so all objects are chosen (Effect, Gun, Dummy, Bullet).
C. How to use Material opacity to create Draw pistol effect
1. Apply a Pistol (Luger M1908), and choose model 1908 in the Scene Manger.
2. Set all the values to 0 in Modify, and the gun will disappear temporarily.
3. Set opacity to 100 at the frame which the gun is expected to appear in the Time line (restore other values also), and the pistol will reappear.
Please note that the gun must remain disappeared in the previous frame. (Copy the disappearing frame, or double click on this frame)
D. How to switch the gun-wielding hand
1. Take Rifle Stand_Reload animation for example. After the gun is linked to character, choose GunDummy01 in the Scene Manager.
 
2. Choose Unlink in Modify, and choose Pick Parent. Now left click on the left hand of the character, and the gun will link to it.
 
3. Play the animation, and you can see that the right hand is able to load the gun. After this motion is done, please repeat the previous steps to link the gun back to the right hand.
