I have opened multiple projects and each time I try to export and FBX or OBJ my project crashes. It was not doing this before but now I can't figure out what happened. it even happens with the default projects of Kevin and Camilla

when i export the avatar to blender and click install lod/merge materials, the shapekeys for the avatar are unusable in blender. if i set them to 1, the avatar shrinks so that it is no longer visible.

I used to be able to copy a .ccProject file and rename it to and .iProject file. Now I get an error ("Failed to load file) when I do this.
Here is a link to two files. They are identical, but I renamed on to have the .iProject extension.
