soft selection on small radius goes all crazy
with a large selection soft selection works fine, but if i make it small and want to adjust just a small area for soft selection, it goes all funky. see video here: https://dl.dropbox.com/s/g764bk5bumig8gl/2020-03-02_01-47-31.mp4
